Terms of Service
by commissioning me you agree to the following:
artist & client rights
I have the right to refuse a commission. Harrassment and ill behavior will not be tolerated and will lead to a cancelled commission without refund.
I reserve all rights to my artwork which can be used to promote and be displayed anywhere I please. However, if requested, a commission may be kept private.
Personal use only. You do not have commercial rights over any artwork made by me. Though, physical copies for yourself is okay (and encouraged... please show me!)
Watermarks will not be removed under any circumstance Do not make any attempts to remove them.
Do not provide my art to NFTs or AI. I do not support them.
references & modifications
Clear references and pictures are preferred. While I'm okay with creative liberty, pre-determined references are preferred so I can create a work that fits your vision.
Do not be afraid of asking for updates within reason. I try my best to give updates where I can, but I am human and can forget.
Modifications within reason. Request big modifications during the sketch phase. Large changes after may result in a fee.
payment
USD payments through Cashapp, Venmo, and Paypal. Paypal is the least preferred due to the fees.
Payment needs to be upfront. Payment plans can be made for quotes above $80.
No refunds once commission is confirmed. Under the rare circumstance where I cannot finish a commission, I will offer a full refund.

I'm primarily a furry artist, but have the ability to draw most things such as human(oid)s, Wings of Fire style dragons, robots... etc. Just ask!
NSFW and gore are not listed because they are both more experimental for me. I am willing to draw either, but it may not fit the same quality you expect of me!

Rush Fees
if you want a semi-quicker commission, please keep this in mind:
I am not an artist to commission for fast work!
I am a slow artist. Like anyone else, I have my own personal life outside of my artistic career. I also prioritize quality over quantity.
I deal with mental disorders and physical health complications often. I do not owe anyone complete details on what goes on with my health, but I will give updates if I am unable to follow through with a commission.
Weekends are my free time. 9am-12pm and 5pm-10pm PST are the rough time slots where I'll most likely be working on my queue.
prices and privliages
Faster turn around time. Depends on the type of commission. WIPs will be turned in faster.
Higher priority will be gained through a rush fee.
Guaranteed refund on the rush fee if I feel as if I cannot complete the art before the deadline.
Even if you are willing to pay for an extra fee, I have every right to deny a rush fee if I do not have the ability to follow through.
+100% for icons and halfbodies; same day or within the week
+75% for fullbodies and simple reference sheets; within 1 to 2 weeks
+50% for complex reference sheets and scenes; No longer than 2 months
